For owner and artist Cinzia G. Wilson, the goal has always been to help clients feel like themselves, not a version shaped by passing beauty standards.
Cinzia brings nearly two decades of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry to her work. Her training spans Europe and the United States, including extensive education in Italy, where she is originally from, and advanced certification through the Phi Academy in Belgrade, Serbia, where she is a Craft Master. Rather than rushing into permanent makeup early in her career, Cinzia spent years refining her approach, studying skin health, technique, and client care before intentionally expanding into PMU.
That deliberate mindset continues to shape every part of Italian Cosmetic & Beauty.

Italian Cosmetic & Beauty is more than a permanent makeup studio. It is a thoughtfully built wellness space designed to support people as whole individuals.
Cinzia shaped the studio around how clients actually live, heal, and move through change. Permanent makeup services exist alongside restorative and skin-focused treatments, allowing clients to approach beauty in a way that feels balanced and intentional rather than transactional.
The studio specializes in permanent makeup and corrective services, including microblading, powder brows, lip blush, scalp micropigmentation, and removal for unwanted PMU or body tattoos. These services are supported by complementary offerings such as microneedling, henna brows, and lash lifts, all approached with an emphasis on subtle results and long-term skin health.
Every service begins with consultation and conversation. Cinzia prioritizes education, honest guidance, and outcomes that align with each client’s lifestyle and goals. The focus is not on selling treatments, but on building trust and delivering results that feel right for the individual.
Community-centered wellness under one roof
Italian Cosmetic & Beauty also operates as a shared studio space, reflecting Cinzia’s belief that care is strongest when it is collaborative.
The Arsenal Street location brings together local practitioners who focus on both inner and outer wellness. The studio includes offerings from Nico Del G, who provides Reiki and intuitive art, and Cassandra McIntosh of Cass Natural Hair Care. Together, the group has created an environment where clients can access multiple forms of care in a setting that feels calm, supportive, and grounded.
This model allows independent professionals to support one another while offering clients a more holistic experience, one that values presence, patience, and connection.
Built with resilience and purpose
Behind the studio is a story shaped by resilience and determination. After navigating the relocations and transitions that often accompany military life, Cinzia built Italian Cosmetic & Beauty independently as a single mother, turning a long-standing passion into a thriving business rooted in intention and care.
Choosing to build this space in downtown Watertown was a conscious decision. Cinzia wanted to bring a level of expertise, artistry, and wellness often associated with larger cities into a smaller community, without sacrificing warmth or accessibility.
Training the next generation
In addition to serving clients, Cinzia leads Italian Cosmetic & Beauty Academy, where she provides microblading education for aspiring artists seeking structure, mentorship, and ongoing support. Her training model combines live instruction with continued online guidance, reflecting the same thoughtful, long-term approach that defines her studio.
